I think this is the longest I’ve ever gone without posting…we’ve been busy:
decorating the tree (I have no idea about the outfit here?! I’m thinking we were doing a princess dress wardrobe change and got caught up in tree decorating?!)

Libby LOVED making these cookies and they’re so easy…round pretzels – stick a rolo in the center (Libby loved unwrapping and eating the rolos!) – put in oven or toaster oven on a low temp for about 5 min…until rolos begin to melt. Remove from oven..smash rolo down with a pecan or almond (or any nut of your liking) and place tray in refrigerator until the “cookies” are hard. They are delicious, easy and fun!
