Movies anyone?
My Mom did not leave when the rest of the Cross family departed last Sunday – she’s staying with us for a month to help out when I have to go up to Chicago for work. While she’s here, Mike and I are going to try to sneak a date night or two in but don’t know what to see. Any recommendations out there? Is Ocean’s 13 worth our one date night? I’d love to see Ratatouille, but I am not sure a kids movie is how we want to spend our night out! The only movie we’ve seen this summer is Pirates. . .so let me know what we should see.
I can’t wait to see the last Bourne movie (Bourne Ultimatum) but it doesn’t open until August 3.
UPDATE: We went to see “Knocked Up” and it was great!

We used a babysitter last month to see Ocean’s 13 and it was worth it. I liked that it took place back in Vegas and of course all those guys are easy on the eyes. Mike liked it too. Tomorrow, my friend Liz is watching Ella so we can go see the Harry Potter movie (we’re nerds!).

We had date night last week and saw Oceans. I thought it was great, Lawrence was less impressed. I’ve heard Ratatouille was awesome from some friends with no kids so it might be worth it. And then someone else told me Knocked Up was the funniest movie she’d seen in years. 3 very different movies, guess it just depends what you’re in the mood for!
