Speedy Hawaiian Chicken
I haven’t made this recipe for a while, but it contains a key word that made me pull it out of the ol recipe box: SPEEDY! I typically don’t like boneless, skinless chicken breasts on their own, but I enjoy this “sauce” and the pineapple rings.
Speedy Hawaiian Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or whatever amount you need)
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. vinegar
2 T. ketchup
2 T. brown sugar
1 (8 oz) can sliced pineappleHeat oven to 375. Put chicken in baking dish lined with Pam. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup and brown sugar. Pour over chicken breasts. Check to see if chicken is done after 30 minutes. Turn chicken during baking several times and baste w/ sauce. Place pineapple slices on top of chicken and bake 10 more minutes.

Thanks Shannon! I was just looking for something speedy for tonight. I’ll give it a try.
