Can anyone tell me how to get to the Jimmy Buffet concert?

Libby’s all ready for summer in her Hawaiian print onesie!

I took these shots on Sunday after our visit to the park. We were in the front yard with Libby enjoying the 80 degree day. I snapped these while Dad was burping her and they are two of my favorite shots so far.
Libby had her 2 week appt on Friday and all is well. I was concerned b/c she seems to be feeding less in the last week than she did in her first week. My concerns ended when Libby was weighed. She’s tipping the scales at 9 lbs 4 oz – 2 oz shy of gaining a pound in one week. . .that’s my girl! The Dr thinks that Libby’s feeding less because 1) she’s becoming a more efficient eater and 2) my milk has arrived “in full”.
I talked to the Dr about introducing Libby to a bottle and got the green light since she obviously has no trouble feeding. I pumped and Libby took a bottle last night from Dad and another one again this morning from Grandma. Hopefully she’ll take another one from Dad tonight around midnight so I can sleep. Coincidentally, Libby tends to have gas/stomach troubles from about 11pm – 2 am, so Dad’s been staying up late dealing with those!
We took this picture of all 9 lbs 4 oz of Libby on Friday night:

Libby seems to enjoy taking a bath. She took her first real bath on Saturday – her umbilical cord fell off earlier last week, but we waited a few days to submerge Libby in the water!
Our daughter is good at many things (sleeping, pooping), but if there’s one thing she excels at it’s eating. She weighed 8 lbs 6 oz when she was born and when we left the hospital she was 7 lbs 13 oz. Our pediatrician was hoping she’d be back up to her birth weight by her 2 weeks appointment. Our little over achiever was up to 8 lbs 7.5 oz at her one week appt! We took this picture on Friday night.

At 6:43am this morning Shannon gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl! The baby was delivered naturally at 8 pounds, 6 ounces and is 21 inches long. No name has been chosen yet (we’re working on it!).
Shannon’s water broke around midnight on Thursday, followed by several hours of painful contractions. She finally recieved an epidural around 3:45am, reluctantly at first because we did not think delivery was as close as it was. We both were able to sleep for a little less than an hour before doing a final hour and a half of pushing.
The end result is nothing short of a miracle.

Rachael Ray is asking the ultimate question: Who has better pizza? NY or Chi-town? You can vote on her website. She hit the big ones in Chicago: Giordano’s, Lou Malnati’s and Gino’s East. I am not sure which one I’d pick as the best pizza in Chicago; I’ve had pizza from all three and can’t say there’s one that sticks out (I was always a fan of the lunch special at Gino’s East and it was close/convenient to my office). For NYC, she hit one of my favorites: Lombardi’s. I would have to add John’s as write in candidate for NY’s best.
